Regular Ticket – 650 INR

Purchase this ticket to attend the main conference day at WordCamp Ahmedabad 2023. Your regular ticket includes:

  • Breakfast, hi-tea, and lunch.
Micro (Individual) Sponsor Ticket – 5000 INR

This special ticket is designed for individual WordPress developers who want to show their support for the community. With the Micro Sponsor ticket, you will receive all the benefits of a regular ticket, along with these additional perks:

  • Special recognition as a Micro Sponsor on the WordCamp Ahmedabad website and event sponsor banners.
  • An opportunity to contribute more to the WordPress community.

How to Get Your Ticket

  1. Purchase your ticket through our website.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket information.
  3. Show this email at the registration counter on the day of the event to get your event ID card.

Your event ID card is essential for getting swag and accessing all facilities at the event, including sessions, tea/coffee, and lunch.

Before purchasing your ticket, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions:

  • It is mandatory to carry a digital copy of the confirmation email on your phone/tablet/laptop; physical print-outs are not required.
  • In case you don’t receive the confirmation email, we’ll send a reminder email and/or SMS on the event day for easy access.
  • Issued tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Each ticket admits only one person.
  • Seating in the auditorium is on a first-come-first-serve basis, so be sure to arrive on time.
  • Event ID cards will be issued at the venue’s registration desk as per the event schedule.
  • The right of admission is reserved by the Event and Venue Management.
  • By submitting the form, you consent to receiving relevant email and SMS communications regarding the event and ticketing.
  • By submitting the form, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the ‘Code of Conduct’.
