In the last 15 years, he has championed transformations of various IT, E-Commerce, Retail Organisations, SMEs and Family owned businesses. He is regarded as an authority on Business Transformation and Leadership Coaching. So far, he has mentored more than 85 organisations in India, China, UK, Africa, and USA and trained more than 15K people and 225 CEOs.
Vatsal was invited as a speaker in Asia by WordCamp(s), Meet-Magento(s), Gujarat Technical University, Nashik Information Technology Association, ETail India, and more. He has conducted 13 E-commerce workshops empowering 267 Merchants at Ahmedabad Management Association. He shares e-commerce knowledge on http://www.ecomkeeda.com.
To give back, he has been delivering lectures in various business schools like KSBM, UWSB, IIPM, Future Group – Retail, eChai, etc. and actively involved in training & transformation of start-ups and youth. He is invited as a mentor at IIM-Udaipur for Prarambh 2018 & 2019 by entrepreneurship cell. He gives leadership talks at various community events organized for Patels, Jains, Travel Agents’ Association – SATTE, etc. He was nominated and given a leadership award for “Excellence in Business Transformation” in 2016 and was part of selected 100 people to suggest Policies for Start-ups in Gujarat at Vibrant Gujarat 2017.
