In this talk, I’d like to focus on delivering a solution to the integration challenges faced by WordPress users who rely on a variety of apps to manage their businesses. As a business grows, they end up creating two islands of apps: one with WordPress and its related plugins, and another with their usual tech stack, like CRM, analytics, project management, accounting software, and so on.
To bridge these islands, some turn to coding or multiple integration plugins, which would work fine when the business is small and is just figuring out their workflows.
But when they grow and scale, such solutions add up, often complicating their workflows and leading to unnecessary spending. I want to share how they can solve their integration challenges without the solutions themselves causing more challenges — which is to have a platform that lets them create, manage, and troubleshoot their integrations from a single place and bring all their integrations and automated workflows under a single roof.
