Venue: The largest WordCamp Ahmedabad Venue ever!
The AUDA AUDITORIUM Shela offers a sprawling space of 9,260 square meters, with a built-up area of 10,642 square meters and a parking area of 5,060 square meters. The auditorium can seat 1,054 people, and the banquet hall can accommodate 500 guests. Based on past events, we expect around 1,200 participants for 2025.
The Sponsors area will feature up to 40 booths, providing ample space for key players in the WordPress community to connect and showcase their offerings.

Notes:
- We will share the standee/booth size before a couple of weeks of the event based on your sponsorship level. The content must be pre-approved by the Sponsor Team via email to ensure the following of the guidelines. The Sponsors are responsible for the ownership, printing, and transport of their standees/booth.
- Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.* 90% of the booths sell out within the first 3 weeks after the Call for Sponsors is announced. Don’t miss your chance! Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee sponsorship.
- It is the sponsor’s responsibility to deliver the swags/ flyers/ brochures to a pre-mentioned venue, which will be communicated closer to the event date. Any material received less than 3 days in advance of the event may not be added to the Attendee Kit.
- The number of swags and/or flyers are part of the Attendee Kit, the quantity (will be updated by the Sponsor Wrangler), and in case the WordCamp tickets sales exceed, we Sponsor Wrangler will inform you at the earliest, but it will not be a compulsion to make the extra (but recommended).
- The listed number of regular tickets will only be made available. In case any sponsors need an additional ticket, they must be co-originated with their respective Sponsor Wrangler via email. The additional passes will be payable as regular attendee pass rates and will have an ATTENDEE BADGE. The SPONSOR BADGES will be limited to the number mentioned as per your slab. No additional SPONSOR BADGES will be provided. Also, additional event activities like Welcome Dinner, etc. will only be available to the SPONSOR BADGE holders and not ATTENDEE BADGE holders.
- Break out Session plan is under process and we and doing some research and make final announcement and details soon. If that might not feasible, We can cancel that as well.

- We will close the “call for sponsors” once we reach our fundraising goal.

Local Guidelines:
- Each single brand needs to apply as each independent sponsor application.
- The applicable slab deliverables will be based on the listing.
- The scheduled sessions will be conducted in a designated space in one/two different halls. The Sponsor Area is spread around the speaker auditorium and entry lobby space. This will give maximum frontage to each sponsor table. The Organisers will make appropriate provisions to maximize attendee interactions.

- Sponsorship is in no way connected to the opportunity to speak at an official WordPress event and does not alter the WordPress or WordCamp trademark usage policy found at WordPressFoundation.org. The WordPress Foundation and any subsidiary or related entity of the Foundation reserve the right to modify the above requirements and expectations at any time by providing written notice to the sponsor.
What to Expect Next?
After applying to become a sponsor of WordCamp Ahmedabad 5.0, here is what you can anticipate:
- Initial Contact:
Within 1 week, a member of our sponsorship team will contact you to confirm receipt of your application. We will begin the sponsorship review process, which includes checking adherence to the GPL. - Invoices and Agreements:
Within 1-2 weeks, you can expect to receive invoices and the sponsorship agreement. - Sponsorship Packet:
Approximately 3 weeks after signing, you will receive a comprehensive sponsorship packet that includes:- Information on our Event Services partner for WordCamp Ahmedabad
- Detailed floor plans, booth sizes including height and orientation, options for pre-made booth kits, and
available furniture and lighting setups. - Access to our Sponsorship Team and a shared Slack channel with other sponsors
