Installments of the stalls, preparing swags and also understand the venue in a better way to avoid last-minute chaos.
Registration
Helping the team to distribute ID cards and verify the person attending.
Checking the names of the attendees with the lists.
Reporting the team leader in case of the attendee’s name is missing.
Arranging all ID Cards alphabetically to avoid any confusion.
Arrangement of separate counters for sponsors, speakers, and attendees.
Venue Guidance
Helping attendees with the directions to reach desired spot.
Sort out venue confusions, if any for sponsors, speakers, and attendees.
Help sponsors to guide them towards the stalls installed.
Guiding speakers towards auditorium and other related tasks.

Basically, we’re confident of creating any web product today using WordPress that people can build in any other technology.

Day-1: The Camp Day
WordCamps give us an opportunity to learn and share WordPress knowledge. There is always a warm welcome and space to meet WordPress enthusiasts.
14th December is Camp Day at WordCamp Ahmedabad. Today, you can expect sessions on WordPress Beginners as well as advanced topics. Whether you are technical or non-technical, you’d find learnings from thoughtful sessions, speakers & attendees throughout the day. The day brings an enormous opportunity to meet and network with like-minded local and global WordPress community.
The event is open for the whole day. We expect registration to start at 9:00 AM. Sessions to follow after that. Joining the event from registration will give you ample time to meet and greet WordCampers and have some time to fill your tummy with delicious Ahmedavadi Breakfast! We will update the event schedule as we approach the event. Stay tuned on websites and social media to get the latest updates.
Day-2: Contributor’s day
The following day of The Camp Day is Contributor’s day. Attendees gather to contribute to different channels in the WordPress project. It is good to get involved in the WordPress project with new and existing WordPress contributors.
