Moreover, they submit the code on to forums to help and contribute to the open source WordPress community. But the majority of the WordPress sites and its organizers are no longer developers. WordPress has a great backend UI which emits the need of developer once the site is developed and deployed. The developer only comes into the picture either when the site breaks or there is some actual new requirements (that plugins cannot fulfill).
