Team WordCamp Ahmedabad is highly thankful to our Venue Sponsor L J Engineering College. While everybody is excited and busy preparing for the WordCamp event, I would like to take a moment to thank the L J Institute of Engineering and Technology for offering such an amazing campus to make the event possible.<\/p>\n

As it is the first ever WordCamp in Ahmedabad, we were having no idea how many people to expect at the event. And that leads us one of the most difficult questions of selecting the Venue for the event. A lot of things depend on the venue. So, we were in search for a place that allows attendees to enjoy excellent sessions as well as offers ample room for networking. We were sort listed few locations and community halls and started contacting them for the event.<\/p>\n

The moment we approached the L J Institute for organizing the WordCamp Ahmedabad in the L J Campus, they were very positive and willing to offer us the venue for the event. They straightaway accepted our proposal and gave us the green signal to plan and organize the event at L J Campus. They have not only given us the permission but they also helped us while planning the whole setup of the WCAhmedabad.<\/p>\n

About Venue<\/h3>\n

L J Institute of Engineering and Technology<\/a> is one of the finest engineering institutes in Ahmedabad. All the sessions will be taken in the Fully air-conditioned spacious auditorium that can accommodate up to 400 attendees at the moment.
\nAlong with the wonderful auditorium, the campus has enough open space to meet and network with the community. Specious networking area and well-equipped auditorium make it the perfect place to host the WordCamp Ahmedabad 2017.<\/p>\n
